How bad have you got it? Got the Todd Bodine NASCAR kit at a High School fundraiser for $1. I had some ideas for it and had lots of fun....
A big belt sander came in handy this time! Boiler tape, paint, paint, and sandpaper...done.
Used a coffee filter for the grille screen, ground up rubber and paper for the "trash".
The good side. Tire marks were made with paint. Scratchbuilt the window net and seat belts.
Made the hood from a soda can.
Added a hinge for the hood and wired the engine.
Cut the trunk lid out and added a hinge. Installed clear tubing for the fuel filler and overflow hoses. Added wire for the spoiler supports.
A little bump from behind before hitting the wall. "Hey, Nice Dew!"
